The SetpointHQ Index cohort: FTSE-100s, scaleups, and the public sector. Three findings shaped this template pack:
69 of 100 brands (69%) ship zero JSON-LD blocks
on their careers landing page. Not partial coverage, not deprecated markup. Zero structured data of any kind on the surface AI tools and search engines actually consume.

across the entire cohort: the single highest-value structured-data type for hiring. Google Jobs requires it for vertical inclusion, and every LLM we tested consumes it. Absent from every careers page we audited.
Zero ProfilePage, zero Person, zero EducationalOrganization
across all 100 brands. Leadership profiles, team pages, and learning-org markup, all absent.
The cohort’s top schema performer (John Lewis Partnership) scored 55.0/100 on the schema dimension. A brand deploying all 5 templates fully-populated lifts to ~95/100: clear cohort-top trajectory with a half-day of structured-data work.
