Cookie policy

The cookies pro.setpointhq.com uses, and how to manage them. For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our privacy notice. Last updated 4 June 2026.

Cookies we use

Necessary cookiesare always active — they are needed for the site to work and to remember your consent choice:

  • sphq_consent_v1— a first-party cookie that remembers your consent choice (all, essential, or reject). Lasts 12 months. Set only after you make a choice on the banner.
  • Authentication cookies (names prefixed sb-, set by our authentication provider) — keep you signed in to the Pro app. Set only when you sign in.

Analytics cookies are set only with your consent, and only on our public pages:

  • _ga— Google Analytics 4; distinguishes visitors. Lasts about 2 years.
  • _ga_Y2VPWZ1RMD— Google Analytics 4; keeps session state for our property. Lasts about 2 years.
  • _clck— Microsoft Clarity; persists an anonymised Clarity identifier. Lasts about 1 year.
  • _clsk— Microsoft Clarity; links page views within a session. Lasts about 1 day.

Google Tag Manager (container GTM-PLW2KSFS) loads the analytics tags conditional on your consent; Tag Manager itself sets no cookies. With consent denied, the analytics tags do not fire (Consent Mode v2 default); with consent granted, the cookies above may be set.

What we do not do

  • No analytics on authenticated surfaces. Logged-in client workspaces — dashboards, audit results, report deliverables — ship zero analytics.
  • No cross-site tracking, and no sharing of data with third-party advertisers.
  • Our WordPress site at setpointhq.com has its own separate consent stack and cookies. Your choice here does not transfer there, and vice versa.

Managing your cookies

The consent banner sets sphq_consent_v1once you make a choice. To revisit the banner or withdraw consent, clear that cookie in your browser — most browsers expose cookie management under settings → privacy → site data; see your browser’s documentation for the exact path.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
