  "description": "<p>Acme Talent Co is hiring a Senior Talent Partner to lead retained searches for VP and C-suite roles across our scaleup client base — typically Series B to Series D, commercial and product leadership briefs. You will own searches end-to-end, from initial scoping conversations with founders and CEOs through to offer negotiation and close.</p><p>The work is mostly direct candidate engagement: building maps of target companies, conducting first-stage conversations, qualifying senior operators against client requirements, and managing the handover to client-side interviews. You'll also be involved in pipeline-build for repeat clients — keeping live conversations with senior operators who aren't actively looking but who match the kind of brief our clients tend to run.</p><p>We expect five to eight years of search experience, ideally split between an executive search firm and an in-house scaleup talent function. You should be comfortable holding the room with founders, comfortable pushing back when a brief is wrong, and able to work without much process — the team operates lean and decisions are made fast.</p>",
